Samsung works with Thomson Reuters, leading online information provider, in the hope of developing products and services for other organizations.

Samsung Electronics and Thomson Reuters, the world’s major online information provider for professionals and businesses, decide to work together in order to make innovative products and services for other business organizations. Financial agreements have not yet been made public.

The multinational manufacturer, Samsung, and the world’s most famous intelligent business information provider are working with one another with the aim of providing services and products to other organizations, which is going to be a change for the market. The Korean giant is globally famous for its best smartphones, semiconductors, medical products, LED TV’s, and many other electronics and it has been leading in the Internet of Things with a workforce of 319,000 around 84 countries. Samsung’s early sales are $196 billion.

Thomson Reuters is the number one source of critical information and news online. The categories of news that it provides include financial, science, media, accounting and taxes, and markets of the biggest companies in the world. Both these companies are famous in their own platforms. Their main target will be business customers.

Through this collaboration, particular industry-leading content from Reuters, along with software applications are implemented on compatible Samsung devices to support financial and legal areas of enterprise clients. The internationally famous companies will focus on development of smartphones security, information technology, and electronics for other professionals and organizations worldwide.

According to GlobeNewswire, the chief marketing officer of Samsung Electronics said, “The collaboration with Thomson Reuters gives us a unique opportunity to create the unrivaled user experiences that will make individual employees more productive and businesses more successful. To meet the enterprise consumers’ ever evolving expectation, the two companies will explore a vast category of business opportunities together”.

The CEO of Thomson Reuters commented, “Delivering new, innovative, and relevant solutions to our new customers is vital”. He also mentioned that Samsung’s variety of product ecosystems contribute to the common interests of supporting consumers and the connection of international commerce. In terms of partnerships and collaborations, this is a new type of partnership because both companies work on different platforms, which is good because they are not competitors. This will make it easier for them to work together.

Samsung news has not made any updates of the collaboration so far. However, some comments have been made. The electronics giant has been leading the market by launching innovative products almost every month. This collaboration might prove to be successful for both the companies.
